Shipping

Every SmartPokerPro item is printed to order, then shipped from the production facility closest to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting — which is why your order takes a little longer than a stocked item, and why nothing we make goes unsold.

Shipping rates

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout, from your delivery address and what is actually in your basket. We do not apply a flat fee, and we do not pad it: you pay what it costs to get the parcel to you.

To give you an idea, for a single shirt:

A larger order costs more to send than a single shirt, but far less than the same shirts sent one by one — four items to New York ship for about $12 rather than four times $5.

We ship worldwide. Enter your address at checkout and you will see the exact amount, along with an estimated delivery date, before you enter any card details. Where a faster service exists for your address, it is offered alongside the standard one and you choose.

How long it takes

Your order goes through two stages, and both matter:

• Production: 2 to 5 business days. Your garment is printed and finished after you order it.
• Delivery: 3 to 7 business days for domestic destinations, longer for international.

In practice, expect your parcel 5 to 12 business days after ordering. The estimated delivery window shown at checkout already accounts for both stages. Busy periods and remote addresses can add a few days.

Where your order ships from

We print regionally rather than shipping everything from one country. A United States order is produced and dispatched inside the United States; a European order inside Europe. Your parcel crosses fewer borders, arrives sooner, and — for most customers — carries no import charges.

Customs and duties

Because production is regional, most orders never cross a customs border. Where they do, any duties or import taxes are set by your country and are payable by you, the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance or include them in the price shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel leaves the facility. If the tracking email has not arrived within seven business days, write to us — something has gone wrong and we would rather hear about it early.

Wrong size, damaged item, or a parcel that never came

Our refund policy covers what happens next. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering — printed-to-order garments cannot be resold, so an avoided size mistake is a small kindness to everyone.
